There’s high-speed WiFi and driveway parking, in addition to street parking right in front of the house. The house is 5 minutes from the grocery store and 10 minutes from the Barr Lake State Park, Prairie Center and Village Square shopping centers, restaurants, and bars. 35 minutes to downtown Denver.
