Everything is included in the rent elec water sewer trash internet washer and dryer and we have a dog she loves people and other dogs our house is a 3 bdrm and 1 and 1/2 bath we have a big fenced in yard. Its me an my fiance but he is always at work or playing his video games when hes not at work so IM here all by myself during the daytime we usually every year go to NC to see my kids and grandkids i normally take my dog or i board her. the rent is 550.00 you would need your own transportation
