I'm a guy that is considerate with other people's lives when living in same household. I contribute when things need to be done to make life easier. I don't do/bring drugs/parties in household, because it only causes problems no matter what... I use TV/Music at a reasonable volume level unless told differently then I compromise. I take care of myself and my surroundings physically/financially and what not... I like to be productive as a reason not to go broke...so don't worry about rent money:)
