Summary

I'm a single father who is moving to Anacortes to be closer to my 4 year old son. My current parenting plan affords me the first weekend (fri-sun) and the 3rd weekend (wed-sun) where he is with me. The rest of the time he will be with his mother. I'm 28 years old and am employed full time as a fire sprinkler designer in Portland, Or. Credit score is excellent, but have mostly lived with family my entire life. Never had issues with paying my rent on time when I did rent an apartment.
