About this household
It is a spacious apartment, and a great deal for the price. There are utilities, which will run about $60 per person per month, and you have to pass a credit check ($25 cost) to be added to the lease. I have two cats, which are friendly, but will not tolerate other pets. The complex is small and quiet, so I cannot have any parties. I am looking for someone who is clean, dependable, trustworthy, and likes to have fun every once in a while.
