2 bedroom 1 bath at Aspenleaf Apartments. Each roommate splits rent so individual rent is $555 per month. My roommate and I are moving out so you would be taking over our lease. Located right next to the Fort Collins mall. Leather recliner couch included!! You would need to have a roommate to move in with you unless you wanted an extra bedroom as an individual. In order to be approved you need to be able to show 3x monthly income of rent OR have a cosigner that can show 5x of rent.
