We bought this house 2 years ago, and have been completely renovating it, 2 months ago we finally moved in!! Now we are ready for a room mate. We have all the furniture for the main part of the house, so all you would need is your bed room furniture. It is 3 blocks to NDSU, and everything in this house is new, I mean EVERYTHING. Brand new kitchen, brand new bathrooms, carpet, paint, floors, doors, etc. There is a garage... but that still need fixing... and wont be usable until next spring.
