22 year old couple looking for roommate. Room will be available on FEB 1st. We live in a two bedroom townhouse in the Arden and Fair Oaks Area. Has two bathrooms, inside laundry room, dishwasher, outside balcony patio and a gym! The room is downstairs, you'll have your own bathroom and vanity however, if we (you or us) have guests, that is the main bathroom. Rent is $365 a month + utilities and whatever other expenses you have (i.e. food, internet, etc.) No pets please. I am a 22 year old studen
