I am a freelance artist specializing in art dolls and misc projects, disabled but still mobile. I am clean and pretty quiet but friendly. Looking for clean healthy environment, quiet room. Need gluten free area to cook. On disability pay, 3rd of each month. Would like down to earth, friendly place. Love most kinds of music. No drugs, no alcohol please. Can afford up to $500 if electric inclluded. I do not drive so no car to park. Need somplace with access to public transportation close by.
