I'm a 25 year old college student from NYC. I'm laid back, responsible, respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. I enjoy working out, reading, watching movies, hanging out, and going out on weekends. I'm looking for a room for rent that is close to the beach(I ideally want to run every morning on the beach). I dont mind sharing a bathroom. Otherwise, i'm pretty flexible with alot of things.
