I live in a wonderful neighborhood called Parkwood right by just 2-3 minutes from Publix,restaurants Shopping. The bed room and bathroom upstairs are private from rest of rest of rooms.Backyard with 6ft privacy fence, huge back porch grill/smoker on huge covered patio..laundry closet downstairs may feel free to use. Full use of kitchen, laundry outdoors areas etc.pictures available with request. I’m 60y/o home care nurse quiet. No Pets.I have Treeing Walker Coonhound in training for PSD.
