I’m looking for male or female that’s retired to share my home with, minus my bed and bath. They must not be afraid of dogs because I will need them to baby sit my dogs when I’m gone. I will deduct from their rent each night I’m gone overnight and they have to care for them. I’d also like for them to be able to share in the yard work. The rent includes utilities, Dish, Netflix and WiFi. No children or pets allowed for insurance and liability purposes. I do require a contract to be signed.
