I have a room that’ll be available the end of December in Dorchester. This is a drug free household. This room is priced for a single occupant. Double occupancy would be an additional $200per month. Within a 3 minute walk to the Talbot Ave. commuter rail stop and. 22 Bus Rte. to Ashmont Station (Red line) or Ruggles Station (Orange line). Within a 5 walk to the 23 Bus Rte. to Ashmont Station, Dudley or Ruggles Station The room is $800 per month plus utilities The utilities are split 3ways, off street parking available for an additional $75 per month. There’s also plenty of street parking available. The room has a walk-in closet and two windows. You’d be required to provide landlord references, 4 most recent consecutive pay stubs plus pay first and last months rent to move in and a lock change fee of $75.
