I am 28 and I have two kids who would be staying with me every other weekend. I am a very easy-going and laid back person who has a tendency to get along with everyone. I am in dire need of a place within the next couple of days. I just started a new job and do not wish to leave it. I have not received my first paycheck yet but am willing to pay on a weekly basis at least $75-$85 a week.
