I'm 42 years old, looking for a place to stay during the week while I study and finish my Master's degree at CU. I'm married and my husband could possibly stay overnight if it was okay but this would be rare as he has responsibilities at home. I don't want a lease because I don't know how long it will take to finish my studies. I would possibly have a cluttered room but in themain part of the house and bathroom I'm very tidy.
