I am a friendly, easy going, responsible 31-yr-old female, looking for a month-to-month rental (beginning March). Currently work in Temple and Austin and need a safe, clean place to call home. Internet is important to me. I prefer a female roommate and someone who doesn't party at the house (though I certainly wouldn't mind if you throw a party every now and then). I'm usually pretty quiet and sleep is also important to me as I get up early to work.
