About this household
Town house is surrounded by beautiful grounds, trees and gardens all around. Pool, Tennis courts and Golf course within walking distance (Across the street from entrance to neighborhood). Huge Deck where I have several Planter boxes with fresh Peas, Beans, Tomatoes for us to enjoy. I like to make meals to share since it is easier to cook for two than one. We would share the common areas as well as the bathroom, but so far the last two renters had no problems. We have always worked it out! :)
