Summary

I’m looking for a room to rent or a roommate to rent an apartment with. I work near the capital mall and do not drive so I’m trying to stay in that area. I recently got out of a relationship and my ex is not willing to stay in the lease, I can’t pay the rent by myself so i am forced to find a place as quickly as possible. I would prefer a female roommate and I am LGBTQ+ friendly and very open minded in general. I am very clean and organized, like to keep to myself most of the time.
