We are locateed in eastridge. very convenient location. mall is across the street. you basically will have the entire basement. the basement is carpeted, has a bedroom, a full living room, and private bathroom. pets are allowed depending on the pet. we do not allow smoking in the house. we dont allow parties. we are not home very often, one of us is a nurse and attending school. the other is a manager at a restuarant and attending school. but we are pretty fun and laid back.
