So i dont have the house yet... but i found another girl that wants to room with me. We need to find one more girl and we're set!! We're planning to pay about $700 in rent a month and then 1/3 of whatever we spend on utilities About me... i'm a 25 y/o female. I work in sales, so i work from home a few days a week and then travel to LA the other days. During the week i just work, go to the gym, cook, tv... on the weekend i like to hang out with friends, grab a drink, go to the beach...
