Me and my friend are looking for a third person to move in with. We already know the exact place and want to move in the first weekend of MARCH. We need someone who is willing to put down a $399 deposit to hold it until MARCH. We are ODU students. The place is through ODU RENT but you do not need to be a student, you either need proof of income or a consigner. We want to put the deposit down by the end of this week.
