I think if you're interested in having more than just another apartment or place to live, you would be well served to see what I have to offer. Utilities are not included in the rent. If you wish them to be included at a flat rate monthly, the rent will be $775.00 and this will include Gas, Electric, Premium Digital Cable and Broadband Internet. Otherwise, the cost of these utilities will be split with the landlord with your share being 40% of the total, less if another roommate is taken in.
