I have a nice room for rent with an attached bath. My house is in a quiet subdivision near the airport in Janesville. I keep to myself and have a couple of home hobbies. I keep the house clean and would prefer someone who is clean also. The rent would include all utilities as well TV and wifi. I prefer a female roommate who might consider doing some house cleaning in exchange for partial rent.
