Hey, my name is Eric. I'm looking to move from upstate New York to the South Florida area, preferably Margate, Ft. Lauderdale or Coral Springs. I have some good friends down there already. As of now (Feb. 19), I'm trying to finalize a job, so my move would still be 6 or 8 weeks out. I'm a responsable, clean person, very easy to live with and like to have some fun on the weekends. Willing to spend up to $600 a month and split the bills.
