One of our roomates is moving and we are looking for someone to move in. You would have your own bedroom and your own full bathroom with shared use of all of the common space (Living room, kitchen, 1/2 bathroom, garage, backyard, small porch, and BBQ). The townhome is pretty new and in good shape. Has washer/dryer in the house, AC, and off-street parking. About 5 or 6 blocks to the beach. 2 blocks from train station.
