My roomate and I are looking for someone to take over our leases at Crimson Park as soon as possible. We both need to move out for personal reasons. Because this is a shared unit of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, prospective renters need to be female and college aged. We have kept our rooms very nice and the living space is in great shape. We have already paid October's rent and it would be of no cost to you to sublease our apartment.
