My roomate and I are looking for someone to take over our leases at Crimson Park as soon as possible. We both need to move out for personal reasons. Because this is a shared unit of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, prospective renters need to be female and college aged. We have kept our rooms very nice and the living space is in great shape.
