Hi! I’m looking for an easy-going housemate in a 3 room, 2 bath rental house within walking distance of UNA. One room in the house is maintained as a home office, so the rent listed would cover a third of total rent and basic utilities (no cable or internet included). There’s also a small dog resident in the house, a 17-pound toy goldendoodle that is a year old.
