I need some one (preferebly female) to sublease my fully furnished room from May-August '06 (if you also want to stay here next school year, you can renew the lease)! You'll have your own private, large bathroom with a spacious walk-in closet. May's rent will be free (I'll have to stay here until finals are over though) and I'll give you $100 dollars to put towards next month's rent (so your first rent payment will be $299) or whatever you want!
