About this household

I’m looking for someone to roommate with my 80 year old dad. I don't want him living alone. The room is free. Only thing he ask for Is help keeping the home clean. He sits home all day unless he drives out to his ranch for a few hours. He served in the marines for 6 years and occasionally has a mixed drink. All his friends have died and all his family lives far away. He’s too stubborn to move into an assistant living or with one of his kids. So it’s just him and his yorkie.
