The amenities include a Queen size electric bed with remote control, stand-up full-length mirror, spacious closet, new dresser, WIFI, TV set with local TV channels included and full bathroom. Preferred female college student, or female business professional. My 23 year old daughter lives with me and the bathroom is shared with her.
