Even though my apartment is 1 bed/ 1 bath, I am just using my room and don't have any furniture, don't use kitchen well, so living room and the other private space next to the living room are totally empty.You can use all space. The rent fee is $390 including utility fee. We can discuss the rent fee. I am kind of active and very clean.
