I’m looking for someone to sublease my room in a four-bedroom townhouse in Aspen Court for second semester. Rent is $400 a month for the remaining six months, and utilities are inexpensive since cable and Internet are included. There is also access to a gym, pool, and free tanning. I have two guy roommates and one girl roommate, and they are all very nice a clean! I will be graduating on December 20th and plan on moving out that day so you can move in anytime after that. Furniture upon request
