I'm a high school art teacher owning my first home. My previous roommate moved out to go back to school and my job became full time. I really need a roommate who can consistently pay on time bc of these circumstances and would like to find someone who is interested in staying for more than a few months. I am quite tidy and would like a roommate who could respect that especially in common spaces. The extra bedroom I have is furnished but can be emptied as well. Contact: EmilyK
