I am moving to Redding in August. I am looking for a clean, non-smoking, drama free female to share a 3 bd/2ba home on 1 acre with me. It is new, clean, and nice with good insulation. It includes a garage and detached large old shop which can be used for storage or projects. The landlord is paying for the care of the landscaping in the front while the back is completely open for a garden, etc. There is room for your RV or boat. I also have a sweet australian shepherd.
