This is a four bedroom, three bathroom home. I am a working professional that can manage. However, a lot of the house is rather empty. I have garage space for one vehicle. I will cover all utilities. There is a choice of three other rooms, two of which have active cable and phone outlets, with a bathroom down the hall. I can also wire the room with internet access upon request. My time frame is completely flexible, and rent is negotiable.
