THIS IS A SUBLEASE. The lease is for 12 months for the 1st floor bedroom. Great 3/3 inside University Suites community. Private room and bathroom, bedroom locks with a key, utilities included, parking is free with no assigned spots, many community ammenties including a pool, very close to campus, shuttles provided to NCSU, semi-furnished (bedframe, desk, some shelving provided by landlord). My situation has changed and I won't be living there, but the other girls are very chill and love Netflix
