The two bedrooms on the second floor are the ones for rent so you'll be sharing a bathroom with the other renter. The house is located in the Ridgely Manor development off of Wesleyan. Little Creek Base is less than a 10 minute drive up Independence. Norfolk Base is around a 20-25 minute drive (if traffic is cooperating). Town Center is also less than a 10 minute drive.
