Future Computer Science undergraduate student for UC Riverside (Fall), so I need a place about 20-25 minutes max from the campus. I'm a carefree, quiet, peaceful, open, and honest guy, and I mind my own business. The only thing I mind is excessive noise and pets. Other than that, I'm a clean person, optimistic, and pretty chill most of the time. I enjoy helping other people out, as long as I am able to, and respect the property and privacy others.
