I'm an easy to get along with 26 year old male moving from Washington DC. My girlfriend is studying geology at USC (grad school), and my boss was nice enough relocate me to the West Coast. My girlfriend will be over some nights and some nights I will be over at her place. I have a very stable job and cash flow. I'd like a roommate similar to myself. We don't need to be best buds, but I'd like someone who is at least sociable enough to grab the occasional beer.
