Hey my names Erial , I’m looking for a roommate to have in my new home just for the experience of making a new friend and the extra cash! We have a sun room , medium size kitchen , semi big living room , 2 bedrooms , one with bathroom through room and other with basement door and laundry room , we got a triangle yard and ramp / stairs and two porches , got a 70inch flat screen with unlimited gigabytes internet , hbo max & Netflix with a pinewood electric fire place and 6 seat couch. We also have whole house heating and air conditioner for room if needed. All utilities are covered by us for only $200 rent a month!
