I'm a 46 year old non-smoking straight professional moving into the area. I'm quiet but don't freak about parties, work a lot and will likely be away many weekends. Occasionally a family member may visit. Oh: I'm also a cyclist and am fluent in Spanish and Portuguese. I'm seeking a clean room with safe parking and private bath if possible, preferably (but not necessarily) furnished. Nice to have: wireless internet, TV, fridge.
