It is fully furnished (including a big screen TV in the den), with the exception of your room - own bedroom and bathroom (bathroom connected - not in hall!). The townhouse is within walking distance to Town Center. This is a really cool place! It's safe and quiet enough to be comfortable, but close enough to where all the action is if you want to go out and have fun.
