The 3 bedroom condo we live in is set up perfectly for roommates. The master bed and bath (ours) is off of the back of living room and the 2 front bedrooms and bath are all joined by a hall close to kitchen and front side of living room. These 2 bedrooms, full bath, as well as the large closets and linen closet would be your space. Of course we share the dining room, living room and kitchen, but its the perfect place for a roommate because of the layout of the condo.
