I'm an easy going quiet guy looking for a private room or basement apartment. I have 1 cat that is used to staying in my room only. I am a web designer and IT Specialist, as well as occassional handy-man for church friends. I keep a quiet life, usually in my room, or out with few freinds. Occasional guest to watch tv/movie. I have been an Au Par, previously in Salt Lake City, UT. I don't mind sharing in household chores, and yardwork. Would like to have DSL/Cable, willing to share via wireless.
