I have a place available off 20th and Pearl, right next to a hop stop and 5 blocks away from the main designated shopping area (Pearl Street Mall.) It's a 2 story townhouse, full kitchen, living room and dining area. We have a Washer/Dryer on property. It's in a good neighborhood, across the street from an elementary school.
