I'm an open friendly reliable person. I need a room till October/November when I'll be leaving to travel. I don't smoke but I don't care if you smoke/drink. M/F doesn't really matter to me just as long as normal roommate boundaries are respected. I would like to be friends with my roomies, as I don't know many people in the area.
