I am looking for a house situation where it is only me and the owner. The house must have a private bedroom, bathroom and a phone and cable hookup for high speed internet usage, and the ability to have the phone, internet and cable tv in my own name, if possible. I am very respectful of others, outgoing, and always pay rent on time, plus I have references. I work full time and am a musician, so you can trust the fact that I can be dependable.
