Hello, I am a 30 year old female living in Pinehurst, NC. I own a 3,000 sq. ft house with three floors and a saltwater pool in the backyard. I have a small dog (miniature schnauzer) and two cuddly cats. I would like to rent a room and private bathroom, as well as full access to the other common areas in the house. Rent would include all utilities and wifi. I have rented to a traveling nurse previously and would be happy to supply her information as a reference.
