I'm a 23 year old male looking for a place to stay. It could be a room or a basement. I would be staying for six months to a year possibly. I'm saving for a home for myself and my fiance. She is currently pregnant and due at the end of October so I would prefer rent that ranges from $300-$400 a month. I do have a German shepherd so allowing pets would be a must. He is completely house trained and very friendly and docile. I work late afternoons until 11pm.
