About this household
The apt. is at the top of a house in the College Hill Historic District adjacent to UNCG. It is VERY spacious! Rent is $375 a person plus half the electric, gas (only needed for heating in the winter), and cable/internet bills. Only water and trash pickup are included in the rent. I have all the bills in my name, with my current roommate paying me back his half, which has worked out very well. The bills when split in half, usually end up being about $150 per person each month.
